The holiday season tends to make us think of the happy times of our life, and to reflect back on memories we hold dear.  With the recent passing of my father, he is on my mind a lot this holiday season.  My brothers, sister and I all had nicknames for our father.  Donny called him "Par Par," Marie called him "Dee Daa," some of us called him "Daddy," some "Gorgeous George."  My nickname for our father was "King George."  My nickname for him stuck...to the point that it was placed on his door at the Jamestown Assisted Living home that cared for our father.  "King George" even had a crown, and a picture was taken of him wearing the crown...which I am pleased to share with all of you here.  I now have "King George's" crown in my home, and it will signify the treasured memories of my dear father forever.  I think back over the many memorable Christmases our father and mother made special for each of us, and I know how truly blessed my brothers, sister, and I are to have them as our parents.
This Christmas, I hope everyone is able to take a moment from the hustle and bustle of the season, to reflect on their special holiday memories.  To find the time to reflect, and give thanks for the blessings we all have been given...that is my Christmas wish for each of you.

Merry Christmas & A Healthy, Happy 2008!

Love, Jay
