Issue 11 - January 8, 2010

Hello Everyone!

I hope you all had wonderful holiday celebrations with family and friends and are enjoying the quiet that tends to come with January. In our case, make that mid-January since we get to celebrate two birthdays in our family on the 2nd (Eric) and the 8th (Marcus). Because Marc will be 14 (I know, I can hardly believe it!), things are starting to settle down a bit for me today.

I appreciate your patience as I have been lax in writing lately. Since my last letter, there has been a big event that has affected Kandi's Korner. My brother Kevin (Sharee's husband) got a job in Colorado. This is very exciting news for them. Our family here in Utah will all miss them terribly, but we are excited for the new adventure that awaits them.

With circumstances as they are, we will no longer be able to offer our "Osmond Brothers Autograph Books" and some of the other unique items that were made exclusively by Sharee and/or Kevin, (at least for the foreseeable future). "Kirkpatricks" in Saratoga Springs will still offer some items made by Sharee until she and their kids join my brother in Colorado; and I am still working hard to get the Kandi's Korner booth completely up and running at "The Quilted Bear" in Provo, Utah.

Needless to say, our site on etsy has not had much activity lately without Sharee's creative spark and Kevin's wonderful ideas. I'm hoping to be able to list some new items within the next few months and will keep you posted when I do. In the meantime, if you're ever in Utah, we welcome you to drop by "Kirkpatricks" or "The Quilted Bear" to see the newest "Kandi's Korner" creations.

Thank you all again, for everything!

Kandi
