A look back from the year 2004...Meet the guys of WALKINS LANE

JASON - DRUMMER - 15 years old - 9th grade

Jason has been playing drums since he could hold drumsticks - about two years old.

Likes - cars, girls, snowboarding and drumming.

Goal for Band - have fun and go big!

Jason has been with the band since September 2003.  He first got together with Adam, who introduced him to the rest of the guys.

SAM - GUITAR & LEAD SINGER - 16 years old - 11th grade

Sam has been playing guitar since the Fall of 2003 - his brother has played for years and taught Sam to play.

Likes - writing songs, playing guitar, skateboarding, and snowboarding.

Goal for Band - have fun while they get people to notice them and like their music, then see where it goes.

Sam started the band after meeting up with Adam and Andy.  Sam also thought of the band's name and writes many of their songs. 

ADAM - GUITAR - 17 years old - 12 grade

Adam has been playing guitar for five years.

Likes - music, snowboarding, and school.  Plans to attend BYU in the Fall of 2005 and will maybe go into law or engineering.

Goal for Band - would like to go big.

Adam always liked to play, and decided to start up the band with Andy.

STEVE - BASS - 16 years old - 11th grade

Steve has been playing for two years.

Likes - skateboarding, longboarding, and playing guitar.

Goal for Band - have fun and do some shows.

Steve had been friends with Adam and Sam, and when they said they were starting a band, Steve was asked to join on as their bass player.

ANDY - KEYBOARD - 18 years old - 12th grade

Andy has been playing piano since he was five years old.

Likes - playing piano, and being the cheer squad yell leader at his school.

Goal for Band - go as far as they can...and maybe be famous someday.

Adam, Sam, Steve and Andy got the band going again when Jason joined them as drummer after he returned from Branson.  The band normally practices three times a week.

"Garage Bands" have been around for years...
many well-known bands got their start with a lot of hard practice
and creative jamming in garages.

Who knows where the hard work of these five guys will take them...

The guys look forward to more opportunities to play their music.

Some of the band was treated to seeing Jason's dad and uncles
when they performed at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah, March 27, 2004.
