Event terms and conditions:
These Event Terms (Terms) govern your purchase of tickets for, and attendance at events held by Osmond Connection (Events). It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to the purchase of tickets. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide the most recent version on jayosmond.com.
Throughout these Terms, the terms “Osmond Connection”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Osmond Connection and its associated entities, and “you” refers to the individual or business purchasing tickets or attending Events.
Event Booking and Ticket Purchase
The Event details and pricing are available on jayosmond.com website.
1.2. In addition to the event price, you may have to pay the Marriott Provo, applicable, taxes or credit card surcharge with booking your event accommodations.
1.3. your event booking request is subject to approval by Osmond Connection;
1.4. full payment must be received by September 1st, 2025 or event ticket will be cancelled with no notice to you;
1.5 You must agree to receive e-mails to get updates and any electronic commemorative tickets to the event.
Refunds, Credits and Transfers
2.1. All Event sales are final. No exchange, credit or refund will be given except in the case of certain cancelled events.
For clarification, you are not entitled to a refund if:
2.1.1. you did not enjoy the event;
2.1.2. you are no longer able to attend the event; or
2.1.3. are refused entry for any reason.
2.1.4. event tickets are non-transferable except for approval by the Osmond Connection and their staff.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
3.1 Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to Force Majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control.
Postponement or Rescheduling
3.2 If an Event is postponed or rescheduled for any reason, no refunds will be issued. All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Cancellation
3.3 If an Event is canceled and is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price only (excluding booking, credit card, and other fees).
Notification
3.4 We will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement by email and by posting notice on our website. However, it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to confirm the status of an Event.
Limitations
3.5 Except as expressly stated above, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. A refund, if applicable, will be the ticket holder’s sole remedy, and we shall have no further liability for any cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of an Event.
Separate Event Acknowledgment
3.6 The Osmond Musical is a separate event and separate entity from The Osmond Connection Event and is booked independently. Any cancellation or rescheduling of The Osmond Musical does not affect the dates or status of The Osmond Connection Event and will not be considered a cancellation of The Osmond Connection Event.
Event Conduct
4.1. You are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner at the Events. We reserve the right to refuse entry or require you to leave if your behavior is deemed unacceptable.
4.2. You acknowledge that cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted at certain events. Osmond Connection Staff will advise whether this is the case at that section of the event.
4.3. Osmond Connection may photograph, video or go live on Facebook during the event. You consent to being filmed or photographed by Osmond Connection (or its representatives) and to OC using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in such photographs or films for the purpose of sharing our events, services and products. No remuneration is payable for such use.
4.4 You access to the event is at the sole discretion of Osmond Connection Staff.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions and warranties relating to your purchase of tickets for and attendance at the events.
5.2. Where our liability cannot be excluded, such as in relation to Consumer rights or other prescribed terms under legislation, our liability for breach is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased by you, plus any relevant booking and delivery fees.
5.3. We will be excused from performance under these Terms and in relation to Events to the extent such performance is affected by a Force Majeure Event.
Miscellaneous
6.1. These Terms shall in respects be governed by the laws of Utah, USA. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utah to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms.
6.2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all or part of that provision will be severed from the Terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
6.3. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any failure to assert any right under the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
6.4 In these Terms, a “Force Majeure Event” means any of the following (whether or not foreseeable or anticipated): acts of God, terrorism, war, civil unrest, strike or labor dispute, lack of transportation, breakdown, labor or material shortage, blockade or embargo, supplier failure, epidemic or pandemic, government restriction or recommendation, legal requirement, extreme weather, earthquake, drought, fire, flood, explosion, natural disaster, and/or any other event, cause or circumstance that is beyond our reasonable control.
6.5. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Osmond Connection and you in relation to the Events.
Cancellation Policy
Any booking cancellation must be in writing (email to website@jayosmond.com) and will only be accepted if received as follows: – If the customer has booked prior to September 1st, 2025, a refund will be provided, less a 100 deposit fee (Your Deposit is non-refundable unless we have someone that is on the waiting list and pays to attend in your space after you cancel). If you cancel after September 1st, no refund will be provided, as we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the conference, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
Room Share Option
If you have selected an option to share a room, and if for any reason your roommate does not successfully book their share spot with the Marriott Provo charge the attending person full room amount.
Event Terms
Osmond Connection reserves the right to modify, alter, or substitute any aspect of the event, including but not limited to the program, schedule, speakers, venues, and timings, at its sole discretion. While reasonable efforts will be made to keep attendees informed, circumstances beyond the control of Osmond Connection may require changes or substitutions, and Osmond Connection shall not be liable for any resulting interruptions, provided that substitutions of equal or greater value are offered where reasonably possible. All updates will be posted on www.jayosmond.com, and attendees are responsible for monitoring the website for current information. If an event is rescheduled or postponed for any reason, no refunds will be issued, and Osmond Connection shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by attendees as a result of such rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, incidentals, or related expenses. In the event an event is canceled by Osmond Connection and not rescheduled, attendees may receive a full refund of the ticket price, with no administrative fees charged. In no event shall Osmond Connection be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or out-of-pocket expenses incurred by an attendee, and any refund issued shall constitute the attendee’s sole and exclusive remedy.
Limitation of Liability
Certain laws imply terms, conditions and warranties (prescribed terms) into contracts for the supply of goods and services and prohibit the exclusion, restriction or modification of such term, conditions and warranties. The liability of Osmond Connection in respect of a breach of a prescribed term or any warranty made under these terms of sale is limited, to the extent permissible by law and at the option of Osmond Connection to:
Unless the terms and warranties are included in these Terms of Sale, all prior discussions, quotations, warranties and Prescribed Terms, to the extent permitted by law, are excluded and Osmond Connection will not be liable for any loss or damage or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply or failure to supply of goods or services, or arising out of Osmond Connection negligence or in any way whatsoever.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Sale are to be construed in accordance with the laws from time to time in the state of Missouri and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah. These Terms of Sale contain all of the terms and conditions of the contract between the parties and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the parties. Any conditions found to be void, unenforceable or illegal may, to that extent, be severed from the agreement. No waiver of any of these Terms of Sale or failure to exercise a right or remedy by Osmond Connection will be considered to imply or constitute a further waiver by the Osmond Connection of the same or any other term, condition, right or remedy.
Rights of Images
All rights to event are that of “Jay and Karen Osmond.” There is no representation of any Osmond outside of the Osmond Connection entity. Any items represented, sold or purchased by any, that reflects another Osmond are given by donation, permission or Jay’s right to use image.
